**Summary**:
The Operations Associate is responsible for
**providing technical support** including processing data, maintaining reports, and supporting digital capabilities.

**strong understanding of financial markets** and a passion for technology, as well as relevant experience in the insurance industry.

You will be getting involved with
**new systems** and tools providing
**UAT testing** and working on a range of
**process improvement projects**.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in Insurance OR Financial Services
- **Good understanding of financial markets.**:

- Experience with **data processing and reporting**.
- UAT experience
- **Competent with PC based systems and apps such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & database systems.**:

- Experience with process improvement projects.
- Strong communication skills.
