About the Role

We are looking for a motivated
Operations Associate to support the daily running of our Australian operations. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in operations, compliance, or customer support who wants to step into a broader role with exposure to all aspects of a growing business.

You will be responsible for coordinating the daily operational tasks of the business, supporting compliance processes, working with the relevant global teams and ensuring our Australian customers and partners receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations

  • Supporting the smooth running of the local operations
  • Maintaining, updating and drafting operating processes and procedures
  • Monitor and review operational workflows, flagging issues and escalating where required.
  • Assisting in the creation of relevant data reporting

Customer & Partner Support

  • Assist the local business with onboarding to payment providers, vendors and other local partners.
  • Work with payment providers, vendors, and local partners to resolve issues.
  • Help ensure SLAs and service standards are met.

Team & Coordination

  • Coordinate with global operations, compliance and product teams to ensure alignment.
  • Assist senior managers with local projects and process rollouts.
  • Provide administrative and operational support as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–4 years' experience in an administration or operations role (financial services, fintech, or crypto experience highly regarded).
  • Familiarity with Australian regulatory requirements (AUSTRAC, AML/CTF, ASIC) is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and general office software.
