The Hotels team has a large scope, focused on continually improving our connectivity platform and also growing our depth and breadth of dynamic supply.

**About the team**

The Hotels team is pivotal to Luxury Escapes and is at the core of our business and growth. The team is constantly thinking about how we can improve our hotels’ offering to customers through improving the customer experience and programmatically through how we select and optimise inventory.

**Your responsibilities**
- Lead the development of our Hotel products, working closely with the rest of the business to deliver the best travel platform worldwide.
- Facilitate LE’s growth by building a world-leading connectivity and accommodation supply platform
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to advocate for them effectively.
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for products that you manage
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to improve efficiency in managing supply, and optimising the customer experience across channels
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from customer research to design, build, and launch
- Set, measure, and improve success metrics for the products you manage.

**Your background**
- Strong experience in Product Management and UX in a high-growth business
- Proven problem-solver who is willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and find the right solution
- Analytical and commercial skills will be valuable in this role especially, as you could be dealing with large datasets on a daily basis
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of the product lifecycle
- Solid experience in growing products through agile planning and rapid prioritisation
- Strong collaboration skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams. This means you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about building products that customers love
- Demonstrated success in defining metrics to launch excellent products.
