It’s a fun and exciting time to join ING and we are looking for passionate, driven and customer centric **Home Loan Specialists** to join our high performing **Direct Mortgages Team.**

We value flexibility at ING, and in this role you’ll manage customers and work across your own schedule - and we’ll give you the support and coaching needed to succeed

Our Home Loan Specialists are required to participate in a rotating roster between the hours of **8am to 8pm** and you will be required to work the occasional Saturday shift.

**What are you going to do? You will be**
- Contacting and updating customers from initial call through to settlement;
- Driving growth in our Direct Mortgages portfolio;
- Determining product options in line with information gathered from customers;
- Establishing and building a working relationship with your sales support teams/colleagues;
- Meeting and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction measured in ‘Customer Experience’ Surveys.

**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- Sound knowledge of Mortgages and Mortgage Policies;
- Great initiative - if you don’t know the answer you will ask the question; a true self-starter with a can-do attitude;
- Proven experience working to tight deadlines and meeting agreed KPIs;
- A customer centric mindset and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service;
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively;
- Strong verbal and written communications.
