**About the Opportunity**

The Time and Attendance Admin will initially support the project team during the stand-up and implementation of UKG Workforce Dimensions and transition to managing the day-to-day configuration of the rostering time and attendance system. This includes setting up and maintaining cost centres, organisational structures, job transfer sets and other organisational configurations. Additionally, the role will involve front-line reporting, such as wage costing reports and leave reporting.

You’ll also be responsible for:

- Designing and facilitating User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements, cyclic upgrades, and pay rule/EA/Award changes. Working closely with other members of the People team and the IT department to ensure that the system is operating effectively.
- Provide support to team members and managers using the UKG Workforce Dimensions system, troubleshooting issues and answering questions related to time and attendance.
- Providing Monday Payroll support, which will involve tasks such as correcting historical data, resolving time card errors and exceptions, and weekly payroll sign-off.
- Creating and maintaining training documentation for the UKG Kronos Workforce Dimensions system, working with other members of the People team to develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users.
- Reporting to the Workforce Planning Manager, you'll be a key member of the People team.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in time and attendance management or a related field (2 years).
- Experience working with UKG Workforce Dimensions or a similar time and attendance system.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Understanding of payroll processes and procedures.
- Ability to set up and maintain system configurations.
- Knowledge and experience of User Acceptance Testing practices.
- Experience with Weekly Payroll support.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining training documentation for a variety of user levels.
- Familiarity with People Operations processes and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
