**The Client Funds Operations Department** is responsible for processing daily client deposit, withdrawal, and transfer requests accurately and promptly, fostering team collaboration and effective communication. It ensures a seamless and positive client experience for fund-related transactions. The department oversees the calculation and timely payment processes for client trading accounts, including IB payments, CFD dividend payments, swap financing fees, account management fees, and promotion-related payments. Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and regulatory requirements is strictly maintained, along with high security standards in auditing client funds through risk mitigation and asset protection strategies. The department works closely with the finance team to ensure alignment between fund processing procedures and reporting requirements. Additionally, it collaborates with other departments, including marketing, operations, client support, and technology, to coordinate resources and support overall business growth and development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a cross-country team currently located in Sydney and Kuala Lumpur. Manage departmental staff in efficiently processing daily client deposits, withdrawals, and transfer requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while fostering collaboration and effective communication within the team.
- Manage client deposit and withdrawal methods, including onboarding new methods and payment service providers (PSPs), and conducting function and report testing. Also, oversee PSP maintenance and termination to ensure a seamless client experience with deposits and withdrawals.
- Ensure a seamless and positive client experience regarding fund deposits, withdrawals, and transfers within the company. Oversee client deposit and withdrawal methods, including onboarding new methods and PSPs, testing functionality and reports, to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Ensure that the processing procedures related to trading account funds comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and regulatory requirements. Uphold the highest security standards in auditing client funds by implementing risk mitigation measures and asset protection strategies. Collaborate closely with the finance department to ensure consistency between fund processing procedures and reporting requirements.
- Oversee the calculation and payment related to client trading accounts, including IB rebate, CFD dividends, and swap financing fees, ensuring accurate and timely processing to maintain financial integrity and compliance.
- Develop team development plans, identify and cultivate high-potential employees, and promote team members' professional development and skill enhancement. Foster a positive team culture and motivate team members to achieve personal and team goals.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, client support and technology, to coordinate resources and collectively drive overall business growth and development.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing client funds operations, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and regulatory requirements related to fund processing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and drive business growth initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum of three years of managerial experience, demonstrating leadership and team management capabilities.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
