**About the role**:

- You will be based out of our Welshpool offices managing a designated territory of customers.
- As a face of our business, you will predominantly work through our channel of existing retail customers to respond to in-bound leads and convert them into sales.
- There will also be ample opportunity for you to generate new business leads within your territory - a natural evolution of your ability to build the quality of relationships and outcomes that your customers will want to talk to others about
- You will collaborate with the wider rental team to deliver a high level of service and customer satisfaction, every step of the way.

**Here's what it takes**:

- **B2B Sales or Account Management** experience.
- Exposure to **Materials Handling Equipment Rental** or Hire.
- The **nous to uncover commercial opportunities** and the hunger to convert them.
- The **skill and passion** for establishing relationships and the follow-through to make them trusting and long-term.
- High level **organisational skills** and attention to detail.
- **Valid driver’s license** and transport.
