Danfoss is looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Account Manager determined to increase the share of wallet with our existing sales partners and source and secure new opportunities to achieve sales growth targets.

Danfoss Power Solution is a leader in the mobile fluid power industry with components that is commonly used in the construction, marine and agricultural industries.

Building customer loyalty is core to our strategy. Establishing solid relationships, you set the standard for going beyond the ordinary within sales & marketing. Bringing in your extensive knowledge and experience, you will work towards sustaining Danfoss Power Solutions market position and achieving financial growth.

You will work towards achieving profitable sales targets and develop market penetration/expansion objectives that support strategic plans for growth within a designated business area and territory.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, the following.
- Identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts and expanding share of wallet.
- Sales planning and development.
- Establishing strong and healthy relationships with different stakeholders in existing accounts.
- Effective management of customer relations to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Managing leads, opportunities in the CRM system.

**Background & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree (Engineering) or relevant years of industry experience.
- 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience within the fluid industry.
- Ability to influence high-level engagement and relationship building.
- An excellent ability to listen, understand and deliver on customer needs and requirements.
- Must be a team player and have excellent planning and prioritisation skills to handle the varied workloads.
- Strong customer and product knowledge is desirable as is an understanding of the markets/channels being serviced or targeted.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- Must possess the ability to construct detailed sales plans, develop, conduct training seminars, make presentations and prepare quotes and tenders.
- Proficient with MS Office and Salesforce is required.
- Self-motivation, determination and a willingness to succeed even under pressure.
- Ability to work within a diverse culture and a matrix communications environment.
