The Regional Key Account Manager will see you play an integral role within our Western Region.

Reporting to the Regional Parts Manager, this role is integral to the ongoing Customer Support Charter & After Market support by ensuring the implementation of value creation objectives & continuous Customer Experience excellence.

Key responsibilities:

- Ensure key clients needs and requests are met
- Ensuring agreed strategy implementation is completed within timeframes
- Compiling reports on warranty, claims and reimbursement process
- Preventing and reducing disputed WIP via assisting the Finance Department in the resolution of outstanding debts
- Lead aftermarket marketing initiatives
- Building and maintaining strong business relationships

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Ability to liaise with senior leadership with key clients organisations in a professional manner
- Ability to review existing systems, procedures, work practices, job roles and responsibilities, develop and implement initiatives that improve service operations, efficiencies and effectiveness
- Ability to understand systems, processes and financial statements that measure sales, profits, expenses, labour, asset utilisation, customer and employee satisfactions
- Ability to identify business opportunities, develop and implement actions that capture this opportunity
