We're currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused **Account Manager** to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for managing key customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional service through strategic and consultative sales.
**About the role**:
- Execute targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and growth objectives
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts using a consultative, solutions-based approach
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Use market insights and data analytics to identify new opportunities and trends
- Negotiate and close deals that deliver mutual value and long-term success
**About you**:
- Formal business qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in account management and customer relationship building.
- Strong market insight and ability to adapt to industry changes.
- Skilled in data analysis, sales forecasting, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and efficiency.
