**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing customer enquiries
- Cross sell and upsell into existing customer base
- Being responsible for contract management with existing customers
- Leading demos for clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Understand customer needs and goals, and provide solutions to meet those needs
- Proactively identify and address potential issues, and work with customers to develop and implement solutions
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and success
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as sales, technical support, and product development) to ensure customer success
- Provide feedback to the company on customer needs and pain points to inform product development and improvements
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and retention goals

**Essential**:

- 1-2years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels
- Proven ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus
- Proven track record within Sales

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience within the Telecommunication Industry
