Dedicated to offering a meticulously curated selection of the finest baby brands worldwide, we ensure that every parent feels prepared, supported, and empowered on their journey. **About the Role**: As the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, you will be an ambassador of the brand, bringing to life our DNA. We are looking for bold and bright leaders with a passion for customer and team connection, a desire to disrupt and a give a damn attitude. Reporting directly to The Memo's Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our Highpoint store, fostering a customer-centric culture unparalleled in the industry. The Store Manager and the Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for executing on the strategy within the day to day operation of the store. Success looks like; leading, coaching and inspiring your team to deliver measurable results in a high-growth environment. It’s your job to: 1. Create incredible customer experiences in a busy and fast-growing environment. 2. Bring to life the Memo’s feel-good factor by leading our services, events and experiences in store. 3. Collaborative work cross functionally with our Merchandise and Planning, Logistics, Creative, Visual Merchandising and Loss Prevention Teams. **About You**: The ideal leader will embody The Memo's brand values, upholding our positive brand image with authenticity. You will demonstrate a steadfast commitment to delivering unparalleled customer experiences, working hand-in-hand with our Visual Merchandising team to elevate retail service standards.
