**About Scope**

Scope’s purpose is to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive. We support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities and developmental delays to achieve their goals Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), lifestyle options and therapy across 100 locations in Victoria.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Fair Work legislation governing the employment relationship
- Provide leadership and advice on industrial/employment relations matters and promoting positive work environments
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws and mitigating risks associated with industrial disputes

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Industrial Relations and or Employment Law
- Minimum 3 years+ operational experience in a similar People and Culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels across the organisation
- Demonstrated experience of implementing continuous improvement initiative
- Strong attention to detail with well developed problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience in interpreting relevant employment related legislation including FairWork Act, Employment Standards and Modern Awards
- Ability to travel to provide support as required
