**The Impact you will drive**

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the People & Culture Business Partner will have overall responsibility for the smooth operation of all people processes and systems and providing first line advisory to the business.

You will be a strong influencer, a natural relationship builder and an analytical thinker who leads with heart. You have previous relevant experience as a People & Culture Business Partner or Advisor, has or is working towards relevant qualifications in Human Resources and/or Business Administration Management and a passion for making workplaces safe and functional for all.

You are confident, professional and objective when advising on employee issues and in investigating and resolving disputes and grievances. You are pragmatic and resilient, have most importantly, you have a sense of humour and take a balanced and sustainable approach to a busy work life. You are able to make decisions with confidence while working within the scope of your role and competencies while understanding and adhering to your professional and ethical boundaries. You will be flexible and adaptable and enjoy being out and about across a business, visiting different offices and enjoy building relationships.

We have a small team so there will be lots of variety From supporting and coaching the leadership team to supporting new and exciting people projects, process improvement initiatives, analysing people data, to providing guidance in the execution of our people plans.

You will support leaders and their teams, providing an exceptional people experience through a range of activities that include:

- Talent Acquisition
- Performance Management and coaching
- Employee Relations
- HR Policies and processes
- Engagement projects including surveys, culture and values development
- Preparing reports to support people leaders in meeting their compliance obligations, and to monitor key people metrics
- Supporting the work of our Health and Safety Reps in continuing to improve workplace safety and wellbeing
- Managing the People Inbox, responding to general enquiries and providing basic advice to employees and people leaders on employment terms and conditions and payroll matters
- Lots of People Projects and Initiatives (such an exciting space....)

**Ideally, on day one we'd love you to have**
- Previous experience as an HRBP or HR Advisor
- Performance management and coaching experience
- Remuneration conditions and compliance
- Experience improving people processes to ensure efficiency and a smooth experience for users
- Experience advising on internal policies and procedures.
- Ideally have, or be working towards, a tertiary level qualification in Human Resources and/or relevant experience.
- Demonstrate initiative and a can-do attitude
- Work well as part of a team and promote good team spirit
- Understand the need to maintain a high-level of confidentiality
- Display exceptional attention to detail and be both highly organized and self-motivated
- Have strong administration experience with the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
- Have strong people skills and the ability to form effective relationships with all stakeholders.
