The Injury Management Advisor provides best practice injury management support across the Workers Compensation claims business. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the role drives and delivers continuous improvement programs to maximise the return to work, health, and life outcomes for injured workers. The role also works closely with internal claims staff and external stakeholders to facilitate the provision of the right treatment and return to work assistance on claims.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver programs that provide a great customer experience and improve injury management performance across the claims portfolio
- Establish frameworks, metrics, and routines to ensure the consistent delivery of injury management requirements across all segments
- Engage key external stakeholders, including injured workers, employers, doctors, and allied health practitioner
- Manage relationships with service providers
- Mentor and coach claims consultant
- Design and facilitate training for internal and external stakeholders

**Skills & Experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in an allied health discipline
- Experience in injury management, workplace rehabilitation, or a clinical allied health setting
- Advanced knowledge of statutory personal injury schemes
- Experience successfully interacting with and influencing stakeholders
- Experience facilitating training desirable
- Project management experience desirable
