**About the role**

With an exciting 12 months ahead, and growth opportunities within both existing and new accounts, Civeo are looking to expand our team with a new fulltime Injury Management Advisor based in our Perth office.

Reporting to the National HSQE Manager, this role would suit someone interested in further developing their career within the Injury Management space, with plenty of future growth and development on offer.

**Key responsibilities**
- Coordinate and monitor injury management measures for injured workers
- Coordinate and facilitate medical case conferences for injured employees with medical practitioners
- Coordinate and facilitate the management of workers compensation claims and injured employees, including liaising with key stakeholders
- Review pre-employment medicals
- Ensure key stakeholders are informed of relevant injury management data and updates
- Maintain return to work statistics to assist with internal reporting functionality in line with Solvinjury Maintain an understanding of and compliance with workers compensation legislation and other relevant state legislation across WA & SA

**Key Experience**
- Previous experience in an injury management/workers compensation based role essential
- Clinical experience in a medical profession highly desirable
- Knowledge of safety and injury management systems (e.g. Myosh and Solv) desirable Knowledge of catering and facilities management industry is preferred but not essential

**Qualifications**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in health science or an allied health profession highly desirable
- Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator certificate highly desirable Certificate IV in Work Health Safety and/or Training & Assessment desirable
