As an Injury Management Advisor, you’ll play an important role in supporting our employees who are managing illness or injury, providing guidance and support.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating return-to-work programs, offering expert advice to leaders and employees while ensuring health needs are met creating a coordinated, multi-disciplinary approach to recovery.

Working closely with people leaders, medical professionals and other stakeholders, you will ensure our injury management practices are up to date, compliant, and focused on achieving long-term, positive outcomes for our employees.
- This is a _**_part time role_**_ that will suit school hours for 4-5 days per week._

**What You’ll do**
- Provide guidance on effective injury management systems, including early intervention strategies
- Advise employees, managers, and team leaders on HBF’s injury management process to improve rehabilitation and return-to-work outcomes, developing and monitoring plans with clear, achievable goals
- Review and improve injury management and fitness for work policies, ensuring they meet both physical and mental health needs
- Promote practices across HBF to ensure positive employee experiences and increase business knowledge around injury management
- Regularly review and report on the effectiveness of these programs and contribute to the overall Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Management System (HSW-MS).
