Perth Airport, Australia Safety People Full time

Work school hours 9.30am to 2pm daily Mon to Fri
- WFH Flexibility along with 1 day Office and some site visits
- Prorata of the Fulltime equivalent salary of $110K package

As the Injury Management Advisor, you will be responsible for providing case management services to injured workers. You will work closely with injured workers, their managers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalised injury management plans. You will also provide support and guidance to injured workers throughout the recovery process.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conduct case assessments and develop injury management plans
- Provide support and guidance to injured workers throughout the recovery process
- Manage relationships with injured workers, employers, and other stakeholders
- Coordinate and monitor medical and rehabilitation services
- Assist injured workers with their return to work
- Track and report on injury management outcomes

To excel in this role, you should ideally possess the following qualifications and qualities:

- A demonstrated track record in Injury Management, Rehabilitation, or Workers Compensation Claims Management
- Preferably, experience in Allied Health (O/T, Physio, Osteo)
- Ideally, hold a Return To Work Coordinator's Certificate
- Experience working with multiple sites and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Incident Reporting Databases, SIMS and Learning Management Systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work from home, visit sites, office and travel interstate (occasionally)
