**360 Recruitment Consultant**
**Location Sydney**
**Sample of Duties**:

- Building strong relationships with our existing client base comprised of mainly ASX listed businesses across all industries;
- Identifying prospects and business leads with new companies to help build a strong pipeline;
- Take job specifications and write job advertisements;

**Skills and experience required**:

- Bachelor’s degree or least 5 yrs of relevant work experience;
- Experience managing the end to end recruitment cycle;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Emotional intelligence and great people skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to liaise confidently with various business personnel.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Work from home

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 3 years (preferred)
