SustainAbility Consulting is part of the SustainGroup, made up of four brands across Digital, Business Support and Health. We make up a group of 50+ consultants on the sales floor and cross-share clients across all brands. We have experienced YOY growth since inception, and are hiring across our technology and finance divisions as a result of growth, with more roles than we can currently handle.

Work alongside our hands-on Directors, who each have 20+ years of experience in the recruitment space in Sydney. We emphasise personal development and learning, with internal and external trainers and guerrilla sessions on current trends. All new hires participate in our 12-week training program offered by Inspire Performance, which will allow you to make the most of your strengths and improve your recruitment skills. All consultants have one on one career coaching and goal setting with Inspire Performance to help you achieve personalised goals. You will have genuine opportunities for growth and development

You will also join us on our Charity Days. We partner with Stepping Stone House and are involved in Working Bee's, Charity Sail days and Sleep Under the Stars.

**As a Recruitment Consultant, you will**:

- Develop expert knowledge within your niche market vertical
- Attend and run networking events in your market vertical
- Maintain and build our relationship with existing clients

You will manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process, focusing on a niche vertical market in the technology or finance space.
