International Education Co. based in the heart of Melbourne CBD, are looking for an experienced Generalist Recruiter to join them as they continue to flourish. This is an initial 8 month contract, to cover maternity leave.

As TA Specialist / Recruiter - you will partner with teams to attract and deliver the best talent to support the global Executive Search function with their strategic and operational plans. This hands on role will participate equally with managing C-Suite roles and managing small team based abroad.

You will be responsible for;
- Lead the global inhouse executive search function, including conducting searches from research to offer, and engaging with search partners when applicable
- Ensuring alignment with the People Experience strategy
- Provide strategic guidance and advice to executive leadership
- Contribute to existing global projects including diversity, employer branding and EVP
- Leading the global corporate talent team

To be considered, you will ideally have the following;
- End-to-end executive talent acquisition
- International executive search experience, ideally from an inhouse function
- Experience leading and operating within a multinational, complex environment
- Experience designing, leading and managing multiple talent projects across countries and functions, delivering to deadlines and within budget
- A compelling communication style
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
