**What we do.**

TA CARE supports a range of participants with all different needs. We believe in person-based support as each individual is different. If you are looking to enter the industry, we have entry-level positions available, in which we will provide training.
- **Community Access**:_Included but not limited to._
- Taking & assisting participants to appointments
- Taking & assisting participants to social events
- Taking & assisting Participants with shopping
- Engaging with participants in the community
- **Domestic Assistance**:_Included but not limited to._
- Tidying up
- Vacuuming & moping
- Wiping down surfaces
- Cooking assistance
- **Self Care**:_Included but not limited to._
- Showering & Toileting
- Massaging
- Meal assistance
- Some manual handling (manual handling Cert. required)

**Mental health Support**:_Included but not limited to._
- Assisting Participants with overwhelming tasks
- Providing a safe and comfortable environment for participants
- Following and implementing care plans to avoid and manage crises management
- Experience in mental health and complex behaviors will be highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-38 per week

**Salary**: From $29.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
