**Current opportunity available in Melbourne leading a team of 4 Regional Sales & Operations Managers across VIC & TAS regions to support over 60 clinics and their teams.**

The Divisional Sales & Operations Manager reports to and works in partnership with the National Sales and Operations Manager and is responsible for the general management and leadership of the Retail Clinics across the VIC & TAS Divisions of the Audika network.- The role provides strategic and tactical leadership, coaching and direction to the Regional Operations Managers and indirectly to the clinicians and client services officers of the clinics for the region. You will have excellent sales leadership and proven experience in leading, motivating and coaching a team, to bring them on the journey to foster a high-performance culture maximising sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.- To ensure success the Divisional Sales & Operations Manager should have a clear understanding of Audika’s core values and culture, be an exceptional leader, have strong business acumen and a sound understanding of business strategies. Talent development and performance management are central to this role as is the development of a culture of sales excellence and accountability for results that drive revenue for each clinic in the Division upward and instils pride and determination among the team to succeed.**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive responsibility in retail operations, with successful multi-unit responsibility & remote management experience.
- Significant experience in sales planning, execution and management across a defined country/region to deliver on sales targets and objectives
- Proven leadership experience with direct involvement in driving, motivating, and developing a team to deliver on key sales objectives (essential)
- Strong business acumen and critical thinking ability
- Outstanding leadership skills; able to lead teams, attract, develop and retain talent, and effect change
- Well-developed interpersonal skills; able to encourage collaboration and gain support to realise key goals of delivering a creative and engaging experience, and a profitable result.
- Ability to work both strategically & operationally as part of a team and to make difficult and quick decisions that affect the Division
- Retail, Sales or Health Care background (essential)
- Local marketing experience (desired)
- Experience working with an older demographic (desired)
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel.
