**PR Manager - Sydney Office - Max term contract**

A great opportunity for an experienced and self-starter **PR Manager** to join the vibrant, diverse and talented Communications team here at Domain in Sydney or Melbourne on a** **12-month parental leave cover max term contract**. Reporting to the Director of Communication, this is a super exciting role with one direct report and agency management.

You’re a seasoned PR professional who is well connected with the media, can develop PR strategies and tactics to drive business outcomes, loves to bring fresh thinking and hunger to generate awesome results and roll up their sleeves to make it all happen. You’ll be working closely with the talent, research, social and marketing to ideate and execute.

**Who are you?**
- Create our FY24 PR strategy that aligns to business objectives, with the confidence to evolve and pivot on the plan as opportunities arise
- Be engaged and connected with media across all platforms to support ideation and implementation of PR.
- Have great relationships with COS', key editors, producers and journalists across broadcast (television and radio), online and print media and experience in integrating PR and social / content.
- Exceptional written skills, clear, articulate and engaging communication (can whip up a media release with your eyes closed)
- Have experience in managing a small team, comfortable at building relationships through the business across all teams and levels
- Be confident in working with data - we’re not expecting an analyst but we need you to be comfortable to work with basic data to draw out insights, quirks and opportunities
- Have great communication and stakeholder management skills, keeping people abreast of progress, sharing learnings and success
- Be passionate about creative solutions to make things happen, be a connector, collaborator and coach to support our spokespeople to deliver our messages
- A passion and interest in the property industry, home and lifestyle trends and the emotional home journey
