**Development Team Leader - Melbourne Office - Permanent Full Time**

A great opportunity for an experienced Software Development Team Lead, to join Domain’s growing Agent Solutions business, work on modern technologies, and take part in building a suite of connected property solutions which will make a mark on the real estate industry. Work collaboratively to enable and empower a team, taking accountability for the delivery and operation of a valuable platform used by thousands of real estate professionals everyday.

**Who are you?**
- Experience leading a team who own, build and operate consumer-facing software
- Provide career development & performance growth for team members and assist with the hiring process for new team members.
- Work closely with cross functional peers (tech, product, commercial, marketing) provide technical guidance from a roadmap, architecture and value perspective.
- Experience with effectively prioritising individual, team and company objectives and the work required to achieve them.
- Experience with the following technologies:

- React and/or React Native
- NodeJS / JavaScript / Typescript
- Foundational understanding of cloud technologies (AWS highly considered)
- CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins)
