We are looking for a full-time, 13-month parental leave cover, to help bring our marketing campaigns to life by effectively managing all marketing campaigns, advertising partnerships, and communication channels across our omni channel business in Australia and New Zealand.
The Opportunity
The Assistant Brand Manager will be the linchpin between the brand team and the cross functional marketing team, operations, and commercial. You will work closely with Design and eCommerce teams as well as other key internal and external stakeholders to bring our brand to life through excellent campaign execution.
In this Wonderfully Original role you will be responsible for:
- Execute end-to-end data-driven marketing plans for all campaigns across all channels in AU and NZ to deliver the agreed marketing KPIs
- Coordinate advertising and promotional activities
- Manage social media channels in alignment with Marketing Calendar, including content creation, paid social strategy and implementation, content scheduling and publishing
- Manage campaign development by consulting with key stakeholders to establish KPIs, prepare campaign briefs, set project plans, brief agencies, review creative and present recommendations
- Drive campaign implementation through day-to-day management of agencies, suppliers, and partners; and coordinating creative, production, data selections/extracts, stakeholder signoffs; and continuous performance forecasting and reporting
- Build and manage effective partnerships with both the marketing and commercial team, as well as strategic partners, marketing agencies and suppliers
- Analyse and report on marketing, social media, sales, and retail performance data to generate insights and strategies that drive conversion and customer wonder, including post-campaign analysis.
- Support the Senior Brand & Comms Manager in managing the marketing budget across campaigns and activations, while maintaining accurate spend records and ensuring alignment with finance processes.

Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Marketing /Communications preferred
- Minimum of 3 years relevant brand, communications, PR, social or marketing experience
- Experience within the FMCG/Retail industry or within an agency environment managing relevant or similar accounts
- Experience in executing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
