**The GAP and Banana Republic Team **has a rare opportunity for a full time Brand & Marketing Coordinator based at our Alexandria office. The main function of the Brand Coordinator is to offer operational support to the Brand and Marketing Manager and collaborate with the Operations, Planning and Sales teams to fulfill sales forecasts and Marketing objectives.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As the Brand and marketing Coordinator you will provide a high level of operational support to the Brand Manager by overseeing the running of the day-to-day requirements of the Gap and Banana Republic brands. This will be achieved by coordinating the functions of purchasing, sales, and general operations, ensuring the efficient running of the Brands.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Systems experience including SAP and advanced Excel
- Basic creative experience
- Experience in a similar administrative role (preferred)
- Managing Deadlines and prioritising tasks
- Strong administrative and organisation skills
- A customer service superstar with key stakeholders
- A passionate and enthusiastic team player
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
