We're on the hunt for a new **Customer Care Consultant** to join our team based in **Toowoomba QLD**

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment, and is passionate about connecting with people. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a team that values safety, service, and operational excellence - we want to hear from you

This is your chance to join an iconic Wesfarmers business in a **maximum term contract role for 12 months**. We have a fantastic training and career development program for all employees to grow, develop, have fun and make an impact

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Provide expert advice on our wide range of industrial products
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Striving for first contact resolution and deliver on relevant service level objectives
- Uphold our safety standards and contribute to a positive team culture

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Previous experience in a customer focused environment
- Well-developed customer service skills with a ‘customer first’ approach
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset to anticipate and problem solve
- Effective computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
