**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

We are on the hunt for a new **Customer Care Consultant **to join our **Trade Store** team based in** Toowoomba QLD**

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Face to face customer service, customer requests, sourcing parts, ETA’s on backorders
- Warehousing (picking/packing/put-aways)
- Daily stock replenishment/stock takes
- Handling of money for purchases (cash/card/account)
- Showroom displays, stock rotations
- General housekeeping of both the counter and packing area/organisation/prioritisation

To be successful, you will have:

- Customer service experience in a trade store / retail environment
- Well-developed customer service skills with a ‘customer first’ approach
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and shows an interest in personal development within the company
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
