The Talent and Engagement team is a group of high performing professionals that are strongly connected to each other and the broader business. **What you’ll be doing**
As a Talent and Engagement Advisor working for Kmart you will:

- Partner with the People and Capability team and leaders across Kmart to support the planning, development and implementation of our key people processes such as talent and performance reviews, engagement and recognition, that align to our strategy and values.
- Working as part of a team, engage and co-ordinate cross-functional stakeholder groups to execute key Talent & Engagement programs and projects, as well as provide ongoing support and expert advice as needed.
- Develop recommendations to progress projects or initiatives, identify possible new project areas (based on business requirements as well as a proactive approach to identify business Talent & Engagement needs), or work on continuous improvement to existing practices.
- Utilise and get the best out of our HRIS (SuccessFactors) for the best team member experience in Talent & Engagement programs and projects, including using data and analysis to get insights to inform P&C decision making.

**To be successful in this role you’ll have**:

- Relevant depth and breadth of experience in a similar role (HR, OD or a similar field), with the ability to build strong relationships with varied stakeholders
- Experience in project or program management, managing high work volumes, overlapping deadlines and requirements for multiple projects to be delivered in short times
- Have had exposure to approaches to measure success, track progress and maintain a focus on continual improvement
- Experience in a fast paced, dynamic operating environment, supporting and leading talent and performance management initiatives in a complex business, across multiple countries highly desirable
- Experience with Success Factors or other comparable talent management software preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality reports which contain quantitative and qualitative data analysis, along with relevant, impactful and realistic recommendations
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
