- Coordinate, schedule, monitor, audit and report on the work flow of technicians to ensure schedules and timelines are met.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-pace environment with a high level of detail and accuracy.
- Possess excellent computer skills, including the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage time effectively and be highly organised.
- Communicate all work assignments to Restoration Technicians and perform ongoing follow up to meet project deadlines and schedules.
- Communicate and provide accurate information on all equipment and supply requirements.
- Perform data entry with timeliness and accuracy and demonstrate a high attention to detail to meet expectations of management, insurance companies, clients and customers.
- Support, create, document, and train on new processes and procedures to drive continuous process improvements.
- Provide feedback to management on the performance of team members to support recognition and performance improvement.
