**AO4 Debt Resolution Officer**

**About the Role**:
Davidson are a preferred supplier for the QLD State Government and are currently recruiting experienced Call Centre Consultants. There is a potential of multiple opportunities available based in Ipswich.

**The Role**:
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual to join our collaborative team in delivering outstanding debt resolution and collection services. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for exercising sound judgement, analysis and decision-making to evaluate and determine appropriate collections, debt resolution and enforcement actions within legislative and policy frameworks.

Your key responsibilities will include providing timely and supportive client service, investigating and resolving technical enquiries, negotiating challenging situations and managing client relationships to achieve the desired results. You will also supervise and coach team members, ensure compliance with established guidelines and quality standards, and contribute to the achievement of agreed team performance standards.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the ability to make insightful decisions, build enduring relationships, inspire others, drive accountability and outcomes, demonstrate sound governance and pursue continuous growth. You must also satisfy the other role requirements as detailed in the role description.

**You must be able to pass a Criminal History Check for this position.
