**The Role**:

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for exercising sound judgement, analysis and decision-making to evaluate and determine appropriate collections, debt resolution and enforcement actions within legislative and policy frameworks.

Your key responsibilities will include providing timely and supportive client service, investigating and resolving technical enquiries, negotiating challenging situations and managing client relationships to achieve the desired results. You will also supervise and coach team members, ensure compliance with established guidelines and quality standards, and contribute to the achievement of agreed team performance standards.
