**The Opportunity**:
As part of our Warehouse support team, you'll play a vital role in our warehouse providing support to our service team and customers. You'll ensure parts are interpreted and picked efficiently, quality control is maintained, stocktake is conducted accurately and the receivables and dispatch of parts are completed seamlessly for a stellar customer experience.

As a Warehouse Support Representative, we will set you up for success in this role with comprehensive training upon onboarding. At Komatsu, our success is only defined by your success. **Roster**: Day Shift 7am
- 330pm x 5 days or 830am
- 5pm (Monday to Friday) There is also an on-call roster for 1 shift every 4-6 weeks (which you are entitled to an on-call allowance and this shift is paid at overtime)

**Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Experience in similar warehousing role, with despatch, picking, invoicing and parts interpreting functions.
- Background in mobile plant parts interpreting or automotive parts interpreting is advantageous.
- A proven high level of customer service
- Minimum of C class Licence
- Forklift licence essential.
- Sound understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of dynamics programming would be an advantage.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
