**The Opportunity**:
The main purposes of the position are to execute the day-to-day activities of the warehouse in stock management, receipt, and dispatch functions within the warehouse. You will provide assistance and sales to both internal and external customers with all queries regarding parts sales, orders, and deliveries. This includes interpreting process and expedite customer parts requirements for all product lines marketed by Komatsu Australia Pty Ltd. You will also facilitate the incoming / outgoing stock requirements, placed via stock orders, branch Transfers and customer orders.

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Current driving license (forklift license will be advantageous).
- Intermediate computer skills specifically Microsoft suite and mainframe systems.
- Sound working knowledge of earth moving equipment and strong mechanical aptitude (desirable)
- Trade qualification/s will be highly regarded.
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and build strong working relationships.
- Comprehensive understanding of parts sales (desirable)
