**Your new company**
Your new company is a global industry leader in manufacturing speciality equipment servicing the mining industry. Through the use of state-of-the-art technology, their products are able to provide unparalleled value through the maximisation of efficiency.
In light of rapid developments within the Western Australian market, they are looking for a high-performing business development specialist to manage and develop the business while facilitating the building and management of a successful Perth-based team. You will be joining at an exciting time of expansion and will be provided with all the tools of trade as well as given the flexibility to develop the business in the direction you see fit.
**Your new role**
In your new role, you will target end users consisting of site managers, plant managers and superintendents, providing sales solutions based off excellent troubleshooting & consultation. Through the demonstration of product knowledge and industry experience, you will be able to tap into the market and educate clientele on why your organisation are the go-to specialists in the industry. Simultaneously, you will maintain and grow relationships across the Goldfields region, providing training and product support to develop sales & build rapport.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience working on mining sites and being able to communicate with external and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Adept and training and developing successful Sales Teams
- Strong understanding of the mining of precious metals such as nickel, gold and copper
- Experience in SAP
- High understanding of B2B sales processes
- Come from a chemical engineering/ mechanical engineering background or adjacent.
