**Location**:Office location will be determined dependant on the right applicant, as we have offices based in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, and Brisbane.

We are on the hunt for a Strategic Planner / Strategist to work within one of our agencies. This is a fantastic, varied role that would be rewarding for the right person who brings a varied skill set. We have offices based in Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne, so the role could be based in either of these locations.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Someone who brings Integrated and/or Digital planning skills to creatively solve marketing problems for our clients
- You will be a self-starter, who can drive and executive projects
- Experience in pitching for new business and developing pitch decks from scratch
- Someone who understands the key role planning plays in agency life
- Someone who thrives on working in a fast past environment
- Ability to develop your own skills through self-directed learning as well as tapping into WPP AUNZ’s formal L&D programs.

**You’ll need to be**:

- Experienced in the “Art and Science” of Planning and have worked in a similar role for at least 2 years
- Adept at working with Creatives and Suits to bring ideas to life
- A team player
- Used to working on a range of client work with differing timelines
- Confident presenting to a room
- Willing to change tact at the last minute based on project needs
- Ideally qualified at a degree level in Marketing or a related discipline (although sometimes we know life experience is just as good)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
