**Limelight People are working with an expanding not for profit, in Community Service.**

You will hold previous experience and be fluent re the legal impacts of NDIS, therefore, making a valuable contribution to an established MDT
**.** This position will also see you further strengthen your skills in stakeholder management and professional development.

This role has a competitive hourly rate and full or part time working week available.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Relevant qualification in Community Services, social care, nursing or Allied Health
- 2 years experience in a similar setting, eg - NDIS and educating/ linking in families and clients with services.
- Available ASAP, Short notice periods can be facilitated
- Previous MDT working and taking a collaborative approach
- Exemplary communication skills - verbal and written
- Computer literate, proficient across microsft office suite
- Great time management, ability to manage own diary and work autonomously with confidence
