**About the role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven person to join our team as a **Roster Co-ordinator**. At Marina Radiology we have a professional, supportive, and friendly team, dedicated to providing care to our patients.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

The main responsibilities of the successful applicant will be:

- Co-ordinating rosters for our team in a timely manner (using computer based rostering system)
- Analysing company requirements and ensuring staff are allocated with the right skills and experience, to maximise efficiency and patient care
- Management of planned leave
- Addressing and resolving shift cancellations
- Processing electronic timesheets for payroll
- Continuous communication with Managers and Leadership team
- Ensuring appointments are consistent with staff rosters
- Co-ordination of staff uniforms

**You will have**
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding people skills, including the ability to form strong professional relationships with colleagues
- Meticulous organisational skills, and consistent reliability to ensure the fulfilment of team rosters and avoid abandonment
- A high attention to detail and strong focus on resolution
- Ability to work independently
- Previous experience in rostering highly regarded, but not essential.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
