The company provides contract staffing and human resources outsourcing services to a range of key industries including; community services, childcare, healthcare, nursing, IT, blue collar and hospitality. This role will have you based in Toronto, Newcastle supporting a national manufacturing business.

**About the role**

Working for one of Australia’s largest privately owned manufacturing companies, you will be based on their site in Toronto, Newcastle. The role is to focus on customer service and sales administration, working 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities**
- Raising sales and purchase orders
- Organising freight/deliveries
- Telephone & face-to-face customer services

**Skills required**
- Strong computer literacy
- Able to take initiative and work autonomously
- Reliable and flexible work ethic
- Confident and friendly dealing with customers
- A forklift license/experience whilst not essential is highly desirable
