**You will be responsible for**:

- Full autonomy of Projects from concept, implementation, schedule, scope, stakeholders’ management, including budgeting.
- Find innovative ways to search for meaningful patterns, trends, and relationships amongst large amounts of data and convert them into actionable operational insights
- Turn insights into compelling narratives and executive presentations using data visualisation and communication skills
- Using initiative to control, manage and continually improve the quality and efficiency of processes.
- Enabling people to adhere to all ALDI controls, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure all organisational stakeholders are duly involved in the setting of objectives and targets for his/her projects.
- Communicate throughout the project to various stakeholders in the business.
- Provide insights, supports and assistant to National Warehouse Operations & Services Committee and committee members.
- Advocating and ensuring safety compliance in all aspects of our Warehouse and Transport operations

**Selection Criteria**:

- Minimum 5 years of business experience, preferably FMCG
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills
- Experience in supply chain and / or retail (end to end) is essential
- Proven success in Supply Chain Network design
- Effective communication skills
- Strong competency in Microsoft suite is essential. Tableau experience (highly regarded)
- Advanced analytical and logical thinking skills, including capturing, processing, and organising data to uncover actionable insights
- Analytical thinking and ability to use data to solve problems
- Previous experience and strong understanding of logistics/transport industry
- Very strong communicator with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written, verbal, communications and presentation skills with an ability to explain analytical findings in commercial terms
- Strong ability to effectively manage change
- A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification
- Includes superannuation and is dependent on ALDI experience.
