Our client has been operating in the Perth area for over 25 years and have designed and built some of Perth’s finest luxury homes.

We are now recruiting for an Accounts/ Administration Manager to join their close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has had previous experience in a boutique residential building company in an administrative capacity.

**The main responsibilities for this position will include**:

- Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable/ Receivable including payroll, lodgement of BAS & PAYG, processing of invoices, reconciliations, budgeting & preparation of financial reports
- Welcoming incoming visitors to the office
- Maintaining clean & presentable office
- Assisting with & maintaining necessary construction documentation
- Create, update & implement all company procedures as required
- Other task as required

**Requirements**:
**To be considered for this position**:

- 5+ years administrative experience in residential building
- Experience in Accounts Receivable & Payable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, outlook and the internet
- Be able to work under pressure and work unsupervised and autonomously
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, a “can do” attitude

**Salary**: From $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Balcatta, WA 6041: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
