An excellent **full time**, **permanent** opportunity exists for a **Parts Interpreter** to join our dynamic team, in our **Singleton** location, where you will support and advise our stakeholders on parts across our diverse range of premium brands such as **Western Star**, **MAN, Dennis Eagle**, **_mtu_**, **Detroit** & **Allison**. You will be part of a successful team where your day to day will be varied and hands-on with heavy vehicle parts interpreting activities.

**Your New Opportunity**:

- Provide parts interpreting services & support to our workshop team and customers
- Make phone contact with our customers to increase business and promote new product and improvements
- Review product developments and updates to remain at the forefront of markets & industries

**About You**:

- Qualified Parts Interpreter or Minimum of 2 years' experience in parts interpreting or related industry role.
- Exceptional communication skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to establish and maintain business relationships with customers through service excellence
- Sound knowledge of medium / heavy duty commercial vehicles & engines and other associated products sold through our parts department preferable but not essential
- Proficient user in Microsoft Office.
- ERA/Pentana experience advantageous
