Description:
ABOUT THE ROLE
This Supervisory role is fully responsible for the service delivery on site. The day to day operational service delivery is a key component to the success of the customer account. It includes cultivating a healthy partnership with the customer on site and fostering an environment with the team where teamwork and collaboration is at the forefront.

This role requires someone who has is an excellent people manager, with a collaborative work style and commitment to getting the job done.
- Experience in train cleaning or similar and advantage
- Valid RIW card
- Results oriented
- Experience in managing and developing teams
- Scheduling, rostering & time management required
- Dealing with complaints and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously
The successful applicant will be a team-player, with sound planning, organising and decision-making abilities. You will have excellent interpersonal communication skills and a collaborative management style. Having worked in similar environments, you have experience in managing and influencing teams and bring an excellent understanding of operational management and safe work practices.
