What you will bring to the role
- Proven leadership experience ideally from a fast-paced customer service environment
- Demonstrated experience in Cash Handling, EFT transaction processing and Point of Sale reconciliation
- Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex customer challenges and adapt to evolving situations.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Solid time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to contribute to group efforts and support colleagues in achieving objectives.
What is an essential requirement:
- Current approved NSW First Aid Qualification
- National Criminal Records Check
- A Working with Children Check is an essential requirement for this role. The role has been identified as requiring a check in keeping with the Child Protection (Working With Children) Act 2012.
