Draw on your experience and expertise in this field, to deliver leadership, expert advice, business acumen and authoritative operational oversight to multi-centres supplying high quality Early Childhood Education in locations around Brisbane.

Operating across the metropolitan area under the auspices of a major, highly reputed Christian church organisation, these enterprises provide kindergarten, pre-school and Outside School Care programs for children and their families.

This is a big, busy role with a complex remit spread across some 6 -12 centres. In each, you’ll guide the teams to ensure every individual child benefits from the ultimate in education, care and wellbeing.

As you drive the delivery of these quality programs, you will also take responsibility for ensuring all business goals are reached and that legislative, regulatory and National Quality Framework requirements are smoothly met in all services.

Your previous success in managing, mentoring and supporting early childhood teams across multi-sites will find you responsive to the general objectives for this role. These - as you are aware - include faultless service, a skilled and engaged workforce, great outcomes, progressive overall performance and an impeccable brand reputation.

But of course, there are also many unique aspects to this complex and influential role.

To be well equipped to handle these, other welcome accomplishments will include:

- a strong handle on relevant training and compliance issues
- the demonstrated ability to achieve business goals through commercial & operational acumen
- a record of creating policy and procedures to meet WHS legislation
- shrewdness in risk management
- IT mastery across MS Office, LMS, Adobe Creative, Articulate 360 or comparable.
- substantial proficiency in e-learning development and the creation of engaging modules
- and an appreciation of working harmoniously in a complex faith-based organisation.
