We have a current vacancy for an Area Manager in the Brisbane region.

**About the position**
The **Area Manager** at RASHAYS oversees the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurants, and will:
- Monitor and Control KPI’s of multiple restaurants within your area
- Lead by example, develop & coach store managers to deliver RASHAYS core values and culture
- Work closely with the operations team and help restaurant teams to drive sales growth and deliver results
- Assist in recruitment and selection or staff and management who will adopt the RASHAYS Culture
- Be active in planning and restaurant operations
- Maintain and coach restaurant teams in customer service excellence
- Ensure restaurants are operating smoothly and the guest experience is high
- Maintain critical standards of product quality, daily food safety and cleanliness
**The successful applicant will**:
- Have experience as a food & beverage leader in a similar position
- Be an effective people leader
- Be able to travel - you must be able to work at different locations.
- Have a true passion for food, people and restaurant operations
- Display Influencing, negotiating and conflict resolution skills
- Be able to lead, motivate, and build efficient teams in a fast pace environment
- Understand the importance of creating a consistent guest experience in line with our brand
