About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Master Cabinet Maker / Carpenter to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on custom work, problem-solving, and high-quality craftsmanship in compact, detail-driven spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture and install custom cabinetry, joinery, and interior fittings within vans
- Work from detailed drawings and measurements to deliver accurate, functional layouts
- Collaborate with designers, electricians, and installers to ensure seamless integration
- Apply creative solutions to maximise space, durability, and finish
- Maintain workshop standards of safety, organisation, and quality control
Skills & Experience
- Trade qualification in Cabinet Making or Carpentry (Cert III or higher)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in cabinetry, joinery, or interior fitouts (automotive experience highly regarded)
- Excellent eye for detail and finishing
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple builds simultaneously
- Comfortable working with lightweight materials, laminates, and modern fixtures
- Current driver's licence and own tools
