The Roosevelt is saying goodbye to our beloved Head Bartender and are looking for a full-time Bar Supervisor who’s passionate about hospitality and ready to learn the ins and outs of our bar to eventually take the reins as our Bar Manager.

- A seasoned bartender with a two or more years experience.
- You know your classic cocktails and spirits inside and out.
- A knack for creativity and theatrics for menu changes, and specials.
- A genuine passion for ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience, with a dash of theatrical flair to boot.

About the role;
We are looking for someone to learn and take over the day to day running of the bar, ordering, general cleanliness and organisation. The role will also include getting creative for our seasonal menu changes, thinking up fun specials and staff incentives.

About us;
- We are an American 1950’s inspired cocktail bar and restaurant in Potts Point, with a passion for service, theatrics and an all-round good time.
- We are open from 5-12 Tuesday to Thursday, Friday 4-12, 2-12 on Saturdays and 12-10 on Sundays, so no hectic late nights and once you’re finished up you can head out to any of the other awesome venues in the area or stick around for staffies with us
- We are also a function venue, so we all have the opportunity to engage with a group for a night and make some good tips, not to mention the Potts Point crowd are generally a generous bunch.
- Staff meals and staff discount for all staff.
- We are a small group founded by some awesome hospominds who have a fair bit of wisdom they’re always happy to share.
- We have a literal WALL of whisky so if you’re into the delicious drams that’s a bonus, if you don’t know much and want to brush up on your facts and taste some interesting things we love to share

Pay: $65,000.00 per hour
