About the Role

As a Spa Therapist, you'll deliver exceptional treatments with warmth, professionalism, and a touch of QT flair. You'll help create a serene, spotless environment while making every guest feel relaxed, refreshed, and totally pampered. Skills & Experience

•    A Diploma in Beauty Therapy and/or Certificate IV in Massage, with hands-on experience in spa treatments — especially within a hotel or resort setting. 

•    Skilled in delivering both facial and body treatments, with the ability to personalise each experience to suit guest needs. 

•    Impeccable grooming, attention to detail, and time management skills that ensure every treatment runs smoothly. 

•    A strong understanding of spa culture and the wellness industry, with a calm, professional approach under pressure. 

•    Proven customer service and retail sales skills, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. 

•    Flexibility to support other areas of the resort when needed, and a commitment to meeting performance expectations through training and clear KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
 

•    Be the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience 

•    Deliver spa services in an efficient and pleasant manner according to Spa protocols 

•    Be familiar with all services offered at the Spa and know the costs and procedures to be able to upsell and rebook all your guests. 

•    Be knowledgeable of all product ranges offered in the Spa and the cost use of all retail items offered. 

•    Perform all opening and closing duties in the Spa as requested 

•    Perform all Spa Reception duties including reservations, cashiering, answering telephone and other general enquiries 

•    Be a trusted contact for all guests. Help them with anything from bill issues to local knowledge, and loop in management when necessary 

•    Stay safe all the time. Following our safety procedures, you'll report all incidents and maintenance to Spa Manager/Supervisor.  

•    Always be aware of guests in Spa and anticipate their needs  

•    Assist in keeping the Spa clean and tidy at all times; including treatment rooms, change rooms, wet areas, reception and back of house areas.
