Come join us as a Case Manager and make a difference in the lives of injured workers in our Hospitality Industry Insurance space

As a case manager, you will manage a portfolio of workers' compensation claims and communicate with injured workers, employers, and their healthcare providers. Your primary goal will be to deliver excellent customer service and assist injured workers in their recovery and return to work. This may include determining the claim liability, managing treatment, processing payments, joining case conferences and implementing recovery and return to work outcomes. Your empathetic and supportive approach will help injured workers navigate the recovery journey with confidence.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in case management, rehabilitation, workers' compensation, or an allied health background. In our supportive environment, you'll have ample opportunities for career progression and growth as well.

This will be **a permanent, full-time** position based in our **Sydney**office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week once you've completed training.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide early, timely and personal customer focused and empathetic service to injured workers and employers.
- Proactively and effectively manage all aspects of a caseload of worker's compensation claims within the legislation and compliance guidelines.
- Deliver the desired customer experience to all stakeholders and manage the end-to-end outcomes for a portfolio of cases.
- Provide accurate and complete information that is consistent and easy to understand (including options about any claim, entitlements, obligations and responsibilities).
- Conduct claims reviews, case conferences or face to face meetings with clients as required.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in case management, rehabilitation, workers' compensation, or allied health will be highly advantageous.
- Willingness to go above and beyond for customers.
- The ability to multitask and shift priorities when needed.
- Thrive on working in a team environment and collaborating with others.
- Proactive, self-motivated and can think creatively when engaging with stakeholders such as workers, employers and providers.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
